There Is Life In Jesus

We all have a deep longing for something more. We try to satisfy that longing through relationships, accomplishments, experiences, and even religion, but eventually those wells leave us thirsty again. Jesus offers a different kind of life—one that meets us in our unworthiness, wounds, doubts, and delays. The life we’re looking for is found when Jesus becomes our source of life.

Jesus meant something when he invited people to “follow him.” It meant a relationship with him and also a new way of living everyday life. If you will actually follow him, it will change your life. At Bright City, we seek to do this in three simple ways that change everything: being with Jesus, becoming like Jesus, and doing as Jesus did.

PART THREE:
LIVE ON MISSION

If you want your faith to become real and see the power of God displayed through your life—you gotta get on God’s mission. His mission is to love and redeem people. We participate in this mission by being in community, loving our neighbor, living out our vocation, and becoming a multiplier who helps others experience what God has given us through Jesus and his Spirit.
