Students
We’re all about helping students find meaningful community. We proudly support and partner with amazing student-focused organizations right here in the Big Walnut area. We are also have ways for students to get involved at Bright City.
Something New for Middle Schoolers
We’re excited about what’s ahead for 6th-8th grade students at Bright City! As our church continues to grow, we want to create intentional spaces where middle schoolers can have fun, build meaningful relationships, and experience life in Jesus.
We’re hosting a Middle School Ministry Interest Meeting for parents, students, and anyone interested in serving. We’ll share the vision, hear from families, and begin shaping what this ministry could look like.
We’re also heading to Kalahari for a Middle School Retreat—where students have the change to get away to have fun, deepen friendships, and grow in their faith together.
These opportunities will help us prepare to pilot a new Middle School Ministry in early 2027. We can’t wait to see what God does as we invest in the next generation at Bright City!
BIG WALNUT YOUNG LIFE
YoungLife is a place where high school students (9th-12th grade) can have fun, ask honest questions, and invite others to experience the love of Jesus with them. Student Bible studies, gatherings, and camps help make faith real and reach their friends for Jesus.
Campaigners: Wednesdays at 6:30pm
Club: Wednesdays at 8pm
FELLOWSHIP OF CHRISTIAN ATHLETES
If you’re an athlete or just love being part of a team, Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is a powerful way to grow in faith and leadership. FCA meets at Big Walnut schools and brings students together through sports and shared purpose.
GET INVOLVED
We believe students don’t have to wait to make an impact. Many of our students volunteer at our Sunday gatherings and serve with our Local Impact team. If you’re a student — we have a place for you to use your gifts and grow in your faith.
WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
If you're a student (or the parent of one) — we’d love to help you get connected. Bright City is better with you in it.
